It has been such a long long time since i updated my blog... hasnt it been neptune whose blog i visited, i would have thought of updating my blog... oh well, a lot has happened in this last 5 month... for happy stuff or unhappy stuff it all happened for a reason... Whatsoever, i will just upload my photos to leave some memories for what have happened... Stay happy always...

a retreat over the week ends...

it has been a wonderful retreat over the week end... has been a long long long time ever since i last visited my 2nd home.... lovely to feel the familiar surrounding with a new addition to the click.. CHRIS...

i headed down to 257 after having dinner at HANABI with sam.... we ordered a 4 person portion where both of us accomplished the task of finishing... after which bought some cakes from 85oC for supper... surveyed coles with ana, annie, IBU and chris for the forensic assignment... since they were so many labour it was a waste not to utilise the EXISTING resources so i had all of them to look for info on yogurts........hahhah...

on sunday, me and sen went jogging at centennial park with dixon and harry.... was so looking forward to my exercise even since i officially took a "exercise leave" for a month or so... nice cool morning with a bit of vitamin D.... walked the whole 2 rounds afterwhich we headed of to MEEKS cafe for some aussie BIG brekkie... lovely scrambled and flat white.... headed home for second round of assignments for the whole day till dinner... had a great laugh over the korean movie-my wife is a gangster 3 starring shu qi... :)

today is a EMO day... not only me, but two other ppl who i know is feeling like that too... dont ask me y im feeling like that... i suppose it is called mixed emotions... after looking at the link, it struck me.... i managed to let it go so long ago but now i dont know why im feeling like this(feels like mixed butterfly in my tummy, wrenching heart)....WEIRD.... it might be the weather... or mayb im tired...

besides, i got my assignment dates wrong!!! i tot it was due the following monday but to my horror, it was due this coming monday!!! this means i have another 72 hours to rush my assignment.... thanks chris and athena for offering to help during this crisis.... greatly appreciate it... so back to my assignment and STOP thinking....

what does a msg mean?

To me, although it may simply be a simple how r u/how have you been doing, but it means someone remembers you when you r absent~a form of concern that can only be gained through a buildup on the friendship. It feels even more amazing if the person is someone special to you but mayb due to different personal commitments, there isnt any chance of meeting up or contacting each other and yet he/she makes the effort to text/msn/call you... From this aspect, telecommunication makes the wonders for all that...

once again, thanks for msning me....(although you may not know it) from the deepest part of my heart....

Red Cross Calling(15-3-07)

i spent an hour ish helping out the Red cross march calling around uni today... along with me was Janice and Shawn... meeting them for the first time... we headed to upper campus... janice was filled with energy despite the fact she didnt take any lunch or breakfast.... hopping and bouncing along the way she screamed with enthusiam: "do u want to help me jingle???" what a indifferent way of asking for donation.... shawn was pretty inactive; pretty much a sloth... slow and quiet i encouraged him to speak up... perhaps he was tired...

while janice and shawn headed to BADABAGAN, i went up to the library walk way... the benches along the walk way stirred up some fond memories i had.... that same bench late in the afternoon... :x

anyway a sense of satisfaction overpowered me... from a tin of emptyness till the jingle of the box.... till to the first $5 dollar note... I reckon there will always be a compassionate side of people... i went around with a greeting " any spare change? for a good cause... Red Cross" and with a wide smile hanging on my face... they were more than willing to lend a helping hand financially... I ended the calling with have a nice day and ppl returned the smile... it is really heart warming... :)

o picnic... that's fast, i didnt attend the o picnic last yr but was glad i did this year it was lots of food and games and lots of ppl meeting... through o picnic i managed to make new friends and know old friends better.. some photos...

mardi gras(3-3-07)

finally made it this year... i went to mardi gras with zi yi, bei ning, annie and yun... eye opening but i think it would probably be my first and my last... the crowd was horrendous... we stood on the bus stop with glass surrounding and the people behind went pushing really hard... for a moment i was afraid that the glass will shatter....

emotional, teary-what has gotten over me???

28 feb 2007(weds)

feeling really weepy this morning + jay's album= emotional...

when i entered class on monday, a surge of unfamilarity overpowered me... i was in class of "strangers"(although i know quite a few of them)... the feeling is different... feeling really down... lunch alone is fine but it is the feeling that all r leaving that makes me sad... i know this day will come but not so soon... it is easier said that done... the reassurance im have been giving myself over the last few month ever since racheal left i reckon it took me some time to get over it... but at least jayky was there to keep me pre occupied... now she too is leaving for good... she was the first girl that i acquainted when i entered food science class.. it was her who made my uni life really fun and interesting... did lot so gp work with her... it was her who gave me assurance when im down... now she is leaving sydney.... this feeling is back again....(after two incidents(aussie), i prayed that this wouldnt happen again) the naturally free flowing tears that i can t give control over.... i reckon all the memories will flow back over these few wks.... i need time... lots of it to let myself heal from all the parting....

i know i should nt let my emotional get hold of me but i can t help it... that's one thing where im really afraid... after putting in all my time and building up a close friendship, it has to end one day or another... dont want her to know that im feeling so sad...i know she will worry... will try to keep my smiles up till she leaves... :(
